Yesterday, in the rooms of the PORTO ALLEGRO shopping center in MONTESLVANO, the first of a series of meetings with our Mental Coach Doctor Manuele Mazzetti to present the new Pescara football project “the parents’ coach”, a program which will see families are mainly involved in an educational program aimed at improving the performance of athletes both in the sporting and work-related fields, with techniques and exercises to be applied in the children’s daily lives, to try to create a single parent-child-instructor team and have more tools available to deal with any mental stress difficulties that inevitably have repercussions on both study and field work.
