IDENTIFICATION AND SELECTION
The process of Identification and Selection of Players at the Pescara Calcio Academy is a journey that can start from different doors of access.
Whether young talents participate in our summer camps, annual events, tryouts or are reported by our academies located in Italy or around the world, each path is a potential springboard for success.
After this first contact, the guys will face a pre-admission test at our academy, which will allow us to carefully evaluate their skills, their potential but especially their attitudes. During the monthly attendance in our academy, players will be subjected to continuous assessments, monitoring their motivational, technical/tactical and physical level.
This constant screening aims to identify the path of growth and its significant progress, opening the door to a possible transition in the team groups of our youth sector. The most promising talents will even benefit from a year of scholarship, thus moving towards a professional path that could define their career in football.
