During the entire internship, the students have tutoring service h.24 and for every need, they have the previously identified contact person available.

The use of mobile phones is not permitted during activities, except in case of emergency. In the evening hours, free use is permitted.

Yes, as a rule, participants only hand over the kit used during the day (no underwear) to the organization’s staff, to receive it clean the next morning.

Close to the beginning of the internship, will be opened by the organization a WhatsApp group, within which all useful information will be disseminated to the family of the participant. The group will be read only and any needs and/ or reports should be communicated in private to the administrators of the group itself, or using the institutional e-mail box (academy@pescaracalcio.com).

Generally, for events taking place between 1 July and 31 August, no clearance is required from the registered participant’s company. However, if the participant is valid on the date of the chosen event, he must present to the organization the authorization issued by his company.

In the daily formula is provided for the consumption of the central meal and participation in all activities (sports and non-sports). The residential formula includes full board and all the activities provided for in the program (in fact, the children are left on the day of reception and taken back on the day the event ends).

At the reception, the technicians will inform the families of times and places of appointment (morning and evening), in which participants who make the daily formula must be accompanied and taken.

The organization guarantees the reimbursement of the fee already paid (partial and/or full) exclusively for absences of the participant due to force majeure, duly documented. The application, accompanied by supporting documentation, must be formalized using the institutional e-mail (academy@pescaracalcio.com) and, if due, the refund will be made within 10 days after the end of the event (after transmission of IBAN and exact bank account name of the beneficiary).

The full details of the parent to whom the payment document is sent (surname, first name, date and place of birth, full address and tax code) must be sent by e-mail (academy@pescaracalcio.com). The above document will be sent by the organization, within 10 days after the end of the event.

Yes, of course. However, it is necessary to report any allergies and/or intolerances in advance.

The organization is responsible for the transport of participants from their hotel to the sports center and vice versa, or any further transfer already provided in the program of the event.

Attendance at training sessions is normally permitted, provided that the maximum level of education and full respect for the host facility is maintained. Otherwise, the organisation will be forced to remove those who do not comply with the rules of behaviour.
